Face Loft Skin Studio Policies & Procedures

Face Loft Skin Studio prides itself on providing a relaxing and peaceful environment for spa services. Please find below a list of policies that ensure clients receive the best treatments possible.

Spa Policies

  • All appointments are reserved especially for you by credit card or gift card.

  • Gift cards are not refundable and must be presented at time of service.

  • Face Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

  • We encourage all new clients to arrive 5 minutes early for their first appointment to fill out intake paperwork.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment is considered a missed appointment in which a cancellation policy fee will be applied.

  • To ensure safety, Face Loft does NOT allow children in the spa.

  • All cell phones should be silenced upon entering the spa.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Rescheduling Policies

  • Skin Treatments & Massage Treatments: A 48-hour cancellation is appreciated and required.

  • Appointments that are cancelled less than 48-hours in advance will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s). No shows will be responsible for paying 100% of the scheduled service(s). Gift cards will be charged this fee as well as credit cards used to book the appointment. Chronic cancelling will result in a required pre-payment for the full price of the services being booked. Please keep in mind, that your time and the time of your service provider are equally important.

Important Skin Treatment Information

  • Avoid direct sunlight following a clinical skin treatment.

  • Wait 24 hours following a clinical skin treatment before using Glycolic or any form of Retinoid products.

  • Discontinue use of Retinoid products 1 week prior to any waxing and skin treatment services.

  • Facial procedures, even mildly invasive, such as microdermabrasions, microneedling, chemical peels, or any type of facial should be avoided for up to a week after Botox injections and up to 2 weeks after fillers.

  • Avoid scrubs or depilatories for 48 hours following a clinical skin treatment.

  • Avoid strenuous activity for 24 hours following a clinical skin treatment.

  • Do NOT pick the skin following a clinical skin treatment.

  • Male clients should avoid shaving the day of appointment, clients may shave the day before.

Product Return Policy

Professional products contain active ingredients designed to treat skin conditions. Stimulating sensations are normal with product application but should not be painful. If a reaction should occur it would be necessary to make an appointment with your specialist prior to an exchange or return of products. All returns must be made within 15 days of purchase for exchange or spa credit only.
